- Well, this brings us to part two of Thai vaca… island time. We took an overnight bus/ferry trek to get to our second destination, Koh Phangon Island in the south of Thailand. We shacked up in beachside bungalows and spent a few days soaking in the things we’ve been deprived of for the past year or so… beach, ocean, sun, warmth, seafood, swimsuits!
