My Uncle Mark has been a man of the mustache for as long as I can remember and something of a master in the kitchen… two qualities for which every man should aspire.
Only 10 days left, people, to get in on this Movember madness and help promote men’s health around the world.. in the words of my mustachioed/master chef/Minnesotan native Uncle Mark, “uffff daaaa!”

MOVEMBER NUGGET #20:
Actors have determined the popularity of the mustache in modern times. Rhett Butler wore his nicely trimmed mustache in “Gone With the Wind,” while Burt Reynolds’ mustache became famous after his nude appearance on the cover of “Cosmopolitan” magazine. Sam Elliott wore a mutton-style mustache in “The Big Labowski.” In 2009, authors Jon Chattman and Rich Tarantino made Elliott the top pick in their book, “Sweet ‘Stache: 50 Badass Mustaches and the Faces Who Sport Them.”
